One search = one active role or campaign. For example, if you're hiring a Senior Engineer and a Product Manager at the same time, that's 2 searches. You're only charged for active searches.
What happens when I exceed my included searches?+
Additional searches are automatically added at the overage rate for your plan. Starter: $299/search, Professional: $249/search, Enterprise: custom per contract. You can pause searches anytime.
What's included in a user license?+
Each recruiter license gets full platform access, their own dashboard, and can manage every search on your account. Add or remove licenses anytime; billing adjusts automatically.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?+
Yes! Change plans anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle.
